Do you ship internationally?
We ship from Glasgow by Royal Mail tracked services to the UK and the international destinations listed at checkout. Orders of up to three books show exact postage at checkout; for four or more copies, contact us for a combined quote. Delivery timing begins after dispatch.
Are bulk or trade orders available?
Yes. Multi-buy discounts apply automatically (5% on 2 books, 10% on 3+). For larger trade or library orders please contact Charles directly.
Can I return a book?
Yes. Books in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and faulty or damaged books are covered by your statutory rights. See the returns page for details.
How quickly will my order ship?
In-stock orders usually dispatch from Glasgow within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Pre-orders dispatch on or after the publication date shown on the book page and at checkout; mixed baskets are sent together.
