Royal Mail Tracked Shipping

Every book ordered from charlesmackaybooks.com ships from Glasgow, Scotland by Royal Mail Tracked services. Orders of up to three books, UK or international, show exact postage before online payment. All orders are packed and dispatched personally by Charles E. MacKay.

Pre-orders and mixed baskets

A pre-order dispatches on or after the publication date shown on its book page and at checkout. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order books, the in-stock books are held and the complete order is sent together after the latest listed publication date. The normal delivery estimate begins after dispatch.

Postage by Destination

Rates below are for one book. Postage for two or three books is calculated by weight at checkout for every destination. For four or more copies, please contact us for a combined quote.

Import Duty & VAT (international orders)

A Mackay (Publisher) Ltd is not VAT registered and does not collect VAT at checkout. Customers outside the United Kingdom may be liable for import duty, sales tax, or local VAT collected by their courier or national postal service on delivery. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging & Tracking

All books are packaged in sturdy cardboard mailers; multi-book orders are bundled securely together. Every order ships with a Royal Mail tracking number. UK Tracked 48 and International Tracked both include end-to-end delivery confirmation. Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment; pre-orders follow the publication timing above.
